WEST. Clothing Anniversary Party Background Story

We had the opportunity to cover the 1 year anniversary party of WEST. Clothing at the Cowboys Casino nightclub. The experience proved both challenging and extremely fun. From girls willing to be silly and pose or dance in front of the camera, to people getting upset because they wanted group photographs. We expected this, and continued to get the shots we wanted, getting a positive reaction from most.

The funniest part of the night for me was when a drunker gentleman jumped into my shot with his arms flailing as I was filming a wide angle shot of the dance floor, startling me. He proceeded to follow me for a little bit until he realized I wasn't really interested in what he had to offer.

Cowboys Nightclub Calgary was excellent, the bouncers and staff looking over us and giving us any support we needed. We will definitely be back.

The night was planned out spectacularly, with the first half being a WEST. pre-party, with people socializing and drinking, and then as the night progressed and Cowboys filled up, the announcement was made for a successful year since the Travis and Todd founded the company.
